What to wear: water shoes or sandals- (NO FLIP-FLOPS allowed), bathing suit, shorts, sun protection (hat, sunblock, sunglasses) , dress according to weather shorts and t-shirt if hot or wind breaker if cool

To complete this kayak adventure, I highly recommend bringing small soft pack cooler, electrolytes, nutrient dense snacks or lunch, at least 2 L of water, sunscreen, bug spray, and your dry sack to keep items dry. NO ALCOHOL, GLASS, STYROFOAM, or LARGE COOLERS allowed on river. Leave all unneeded items like wallets, keys, pagers, etc. behind. We have a safe place to leave car keys at the outpost while you’re on the river.
