To complete this sunset day hike, I highly recommend bringing electrolytes, dinner or snacks, headlamp or flashlight, at least 2 L of water, and your 10 essentials. Carpooling encouraged parking can be limited due to popularity of this trail.

This hike is open to hikers of all skill levels. In regards to pacing: Our Girls Who Hike group have many differently paced hikers that come to our meetups. Our meet ups are a no judgement zone and we are here to encourage as well as motivate each other along the trails. We stay together as a group.

Preparing for hike: make sure to eat lunch and hydrate, wear comfortable layers (as you hike you will warm up), supportive tennis shoes or hiking boots with good tread, trekking poles as needed, rain gear, at least a liter or more of water, hiking snack, first aid supplies as needed, sunglasses, hat, camera, and most importantly a positive attitude. Any other questions or concerns feel free to ask!

Any updates will be posted on the event thread via the pinned post, and I'll update the event description if anything changes!
