At 2,874 feet, St. Regis is one of the smaller of the Saranac Lake 6 peaks. If you climb all six, the village of Saranac Lake will issue you a commemorative patch.

From the 6er website: While most hikers who have visited the Adirondack Park are familiar with the 46 High Peaks, the Saranac Lake 6 are a lesser-known set of summits. They tend to be easier to hike and more accessible, especially in the winter.
