Hi ladies! I'm so excited to lead this hike at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge! We will be hiking the Pine Beach Trail. We will be able to explore the plants and wildlife of an intact dune ecosystem that includes maritime forest, scrub and dune habitats. This unique trail features a saltwater lagoon on one side and a freshwater lake on the other. At the 1 mile marker we can check out the observation tower for an amazing view of Gator Lake!

Bring plenty of water, sturdy footwear (be prepared for SAND), snacks and/or lunch, bug spray, sunscreen, a camera, and your adventurous spirit! We will take breaks to eat, hydrate, and take in the scenery throughout the hike.

Leave the guys at home for this event, please!
