More Info:

Big Oak Loop Trail is a long loop trail that takes us along the Suwannee River to the confluence of the Suwannee and the Withlacoochee Rivers. It also takes us past many large sink holes and, the name sake tree, Big Oak. Come join us in this long day hike as we enjoy the outdoors together! We will be meeting at Suwannee River State Park then carpooling to the loop trailhead. The carpool will be leaving at 8:15 sharp!

Please be sure to bring at least 2 liters of water per person and plenty of snacks for energy to keep you going on this long hike.

***As with all GWH events, you must sign the GWH waiver before attending – it takes less than a minute to sign, and once you’ve signed it once you’re good to go for all future meetups***
