#GirlsWhoHikeLA x NatureBridge Special Event

Join NatureBridge + Girls Who Hike LA for a hike to Sandstone Peak! NatureBridge works to get all kids into the national parks to learn science, challenge themselves physically, connect with their peers, and foster a lifelong connection to the outdoors. We are working every day to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards. This event is being organized by GWH Founder Sharron McBride in partnership with NatureBridge.

Join us at Circle X Ranch for a quick tour of the ranch house where NatureBridge programs take place. We will have coffee and bagels for you. Then we will hike up to Sandstone Peak, the highest peak in the Santa Monica Mountains, led by a NatureBridge educator.

When: November 11, 9am - 3pm
Where: Circle X Ranch. PLEASE print out and use these directions - often times GPS will take you elsewhere. You do NOT need a permit to park here.
We will provide coffee and bagels. You bring snacks, water, lunch and all appropriate hiking gear (shoes, layers, etc.)
6.25 miles RT
RSVP required. We will buy coffee and bagels based on the final count, so please update your RSVP if you're unable to make it!

***RSVP to eroberts@naturebridge.org***

NatureBridge offers scholarship assistance and camping and hiking gear to students who may not otherwise be able to go on our program. We always need gently used water bottles and day packs! If you have anything to donate, we will happily issue you an in-kind donation receipt.
